Chief Apostle Dr. Marilyn Winslow has been anointed and appointed for the mighty work that God has called her to. Chief Apostle Winslow was raised in First Baptist church, served on the usher board & youth choir. She is also the daughter of the late Morrell and Denise Faison. In 2003, Chief Apostle Winslow became interim Pastor for New Covenant Pentecostal church, under the leadership of the late overseer, Harold Locklear Sr. In 2004, she had many obstacles to face, but with God’s help and preparation she founded New Covenant International Ministries Inc. and has taken the ministry over and beyond to the next level.


Chief Apostle has served on many boards at New Covenant, such as President of the Deaconess, Advisor for the Praise & Dance Team and she currently serves as Chief Apostle of TOJPA (Tribe of Judah Prophetic Assembly) ministries and Vice President of EMI (Evangelical Ministries International) where her husband Apostle Dr. Howard Winslow Jr. is President and Head Apostle. Chief Apostle is on the move to empower men and women of God with knowledge and power. Lives are being changed, miracles are being performed and souls are being saved through this mighty woman of God. Her primary focus is teaching God’s people deliverance and how to stay delivered.


 Chief Apostle Winslow is the Founder & Director of Increasing Childcare & Development Center, which started in her home & has increased into an outstanding establishment. In 2011, she also took over Learning as We Go Childcare Center and God blessed yet again, in July 2012 Nana’s Funhouse was born. Amongst other achievements, she was awarded The Light 103.9’s Pastor of the Month for April 2013 and crowned “Diamond Diva “of the year for 2013. On May 4th, 2019, Apostle Winslow performed another great accomplishment by receiving her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Wake Technical Community College. She didn’t stop there with her education as she earned not one but two Degrees (Honorary Doctorate Degree, October 2020 from Elbon Solutions College of Ministry & AA degree in Christian Counseling in June 2021 from P.W. University. Along with earing her bachelor’s degree this July, in Christian Counseling from P.W. University  


Chief Apostle and Apostle also branched out with a new venture with the opening of Winslow’s Auto Sales in June 2020.  But the best was still yet to come, with the purchase of EMI and New Covenant Int’l Ministries very own building (Tarboro, NC) in January 2022, now making the ministry debt free. 


Chief has one son, one daughter and is the caregiver for many. Chief has been blessed with four beautiful grand children and continues to share her love and expanding the family.
